REPRESENT CLO. Sent me the wrong item and when I contacted customer support they offered me a 15% refund or for me to send the item back (at my cost) for a full refund.
After I persisted that we come to a resolution that does not cost me money for their logistical mistake we agreed that the correct item is sent out to me. I have now been waiting for over a month for the new item to arrive from GB to CANADA. The first order took 3 days.
Buyer beware, if something goes wrong on their end they pass along the cost to their clients.
Although I wanted a refund, I was sent a store Credit. After several mails of clarification I was not transferred the full amount. Finally I got the full amount, but all in all I was very dissatisfied.

I love the clothes, BUT I asked them if I had to pay taxes, they told me no. Ended up paying the same price I payed for the clothes in taxes. After mailing them for 2 months+, they responded and offered me a 15% discount on my next order... ????

I bought the Ozzy shirt previously and fell in love with it! It genuinely feel like a vintage worn band shirt from the past. Once I saw Megadeth I had to have it!
Sadly I was disappointed. It just felt like a cheap graphic tee. I didn’t get the same feel from it as I did the Ozzy one
Unfortunately my order didn’t fit but purchased knowing they offered free returns only to find my order didn’t have the returns label in it, have emailed the customer service email to ask for a label I can print and explained the situation. They state they will reply within 24 hours but still no reply and I’m left feeling I may now have to pay for delivery to return and a refund.
Jean quality is not worth over $100. Jeans never look how they appear in the pictures either. I’ve received 6 pairs of their jeans and possibly one of them looked the same as in the pictures. Jewelry is overpriced and plated silver over brass. Customer service is a pain to deal with. I was sent the wrong pair of jeans, so I emailed them and was told I could ship them back and receive the correct pair. I sent them back and was given store credit for the jeans instead. They said they didn’t know what the package was for since I didn’t include the invoice in the package, but I was not informed to include it. By the time I reached out to them to ask about this the pair of jeans was sold out. They would not offer me any exchange only store credit. For their mistake they offered me 10% off, which anyone could get by signing up with email, which I already had done. I have not purchased any shirts, hoodies, coats, or shoes, so I can not speak on these.
Decent quality compared to your average brand, by no means luxurious. Very overpriced. Bad customer service.
Great brand, awesome product and super fast international delivery - web form for international returns would be a great upgrade tho
Great quality clothing, bought a few pieces now and they have definitely become my go to brand.
